There is, unfortunately, very little to report about last night’s “race”. Several boats went out, but the wind took an evening off. Such conditions might make one a better sailor, but they don’t provide much fodder for a hyperbolic write-up. At the first sign of lightning, the boats headed back in, much to the consternation of La Belle Brise, she having managed to harness every breath of wind and, as a result, being “out front”. Then it rained.
